Group Assessment Registration
Group registration for the 2026-2027 school year will open on September 1st. We are so pleased that you are considering partnering with Baylor TIP to offer above-level assessment opportunities to your students! We offer discounts for group testing bundles. Please email us at BaylorTIP@baylor.edu for more information. Here are the required steps for group registration and administration:
Prepare for Assessment
Step 1: Test Administration Plan
- If you have not yet filled out a partner form, please do so before continuing.
- Complete the Test Administration Plan to reserve your group assessment date and time.
Step 2: Data Use Agreement
- Complete the Baylor TIP Data Use Agreement
Step 3: Group Registration
- Complete the Group Registration Spreadsheet (the enrollment specialist will send you the link and walk you through this process)
- SAVE your document and add your group name to the file name. For example, Baylor would title their registration “Baylor 2026-2027 TIP Partner Registration.”
- Upload your completed Group Registration Spreadsheet to this site: Group Registration Spreadsheet UPLOAD. This document must be completed at least two (2) weeks prior to your testing date!
Step 4: Quote/Invoice/Payment Process
- Registration for the 2026-2027 school year will begin on September 1st. After that date, you can visit the Baylor Marketplace to begin the payment process. On this site, you will be able to select “Pay with Paper Check/Purchase Order” to print a quote. Please enter your P.O. number in the space provided on the order form. An invoice is automatically emailed to you when you press the submit button on the order form. Please be sure to follow the instructions printed on the invoice for remitting your payment.
